The company is formed by highly experienced professionals to cater to the equipment needs of the Tube Industry. The promoter Mr. U.K. Garg himself has been a hands-on professional in Tube Industry since 1983.
Being a Graduate Mechanical Engineer from IIT-R, he has a rare combination of 12 years’ experience in tube production till 1995 and since then in designing & manufacturing of related equipment. Hence the equipment supplied by the company have an additional feature of user friendliness apart from being manufactured based on one of the best designs in the world. The promoter has good contacts in Germany, Japan & USA and he gets good basic designs of the equipment from there.
The company is specialized in manufacturing trouble free high speed tube mills with fully Mechanized Entry Line, Horizontal Accumulator and Cold Saw. The company has installed 12” Tube Mill with all the above features with 100% manufacturing in India. It has become the only company in India to have achieved this landmark. The ovality achieved on the OD of the tube is of the order of 0.05mm which is comparable to the best in the world.
The company also manufactures Precision CR/HR Slitting lines & Cut to Length lines for steel processing industry. The company has installed high speed Cut to Length Lines with production speeds up to 120 pcs in a minute. This is a rare achievement in India.
The company has also improved the efficiency of the existing lines by replacing some key equipment after detailed study of the problem areas.
The promoter has a rare experience of manufacturing & supplying more than 70 Flying Cold Saws successfully since 1997 in India & abroad. The cold saw is the most modern cutting system in the world. It cuts the tubes on line burr-free and with perfect length accuracy of ± 2mm over 6m. Hence the Tube does not need any end facing after that. The company has installed Double Blade Orbital as well as XY Cold Saws on Big Size Tube Mills, with 100% manufacturing in India.

To ensure high quality to gain our customers’ trust, we have a well-trained QC team to monitor all processes very precisely. The inspection is done at every stage ie. Raw material inspection, in-process component inspection, pre-assembly component inspection, sub-assembly inspection, final assembly inspection, bought out inspection and pre-delivery inspection.
After Services
After delivering the equipments, our skilled erection team will supervise the installation & commissioning at client’s site and prove the performance of the machine as per specifications.
In addition to installation, we provide operational training, regular and preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts list in order to run the machine efficiently.
