Horizontal accumulator accumulates a large amount of strip in a reasonable amount of space. The material is first twisted in a vertical position and fed into the looper through a set of driven pinch rolls. The material is first accumulated on the outer portion of the turn table; there is no bent back loop so that the material is never unnecessarily over bent.
The Accumulator is first filled-in then emptied, its operation is easy to control. Because it uses a turn table and doesn’t damage the material at the edges and can handle thin strips and the noise level is kept minimum. The material can exit the Accumulator in wide variety of configuration which makes it easy to fit in any factory and its simple sturdy mechanism makes it a very reliable machine easy to maintain. Up to 8” Pipes
